Greetings, Reader!
Have you ever tried to make a change in your life or business, only to find yourself sucked right back into your old patterns?
Maybe you committed to a new boundary, swore you'd stop checking emails after 7 pm, or went all in on a new self-care routine, but within a week or two, the old habits crept back in, and you found yourself overextending, over-functioning, or self-sabotaging all over again.
Why does this happen?
Sure, part of it could be inertia, lack of motivation, or that you legitimately have way too much on your plate and there aren't enough hours in a day. But, from a nervous system perspective, it's safer to stick with what you know, even if what you know it is depleting your life force.
Your nervous system's primary job is to protect you. One of the ways it does that is by scanning the environment looking for change. To a survival-driven nervous system, familiar equals safe, and change, even if it is in the direction of healing and growth, can feel threatening.
When you try to create a new habit, prioritize yourself, or start to build a new neural pattern that disrupts the familiar pain that's been haunting you, your nervous system can interpret the change as an outright threat, sabotaging your attempts to grow and heal by pulling you back to the safety of your old pattern.
Last week, I led a workshop for a group of badass women entrepreneurs about how to make a bigger impact without burning out. Every single person in the room had a story about a time when they hired a coach, enrolled in a course, signed up to work with a trainer, or took a bold risk in their business they knew they were ready for, and yet their nervous systems doubled down on protection mode. Instead of feeling empowered, they found themselves completely dysregulated, deeply overwhelmed, and overextended.
Sometimes growth, even when it is desired, can feel dangerous.
You are a magical being, Reader, and you have extraordinary gifts to share with the world. You are here to make a difference, but you can't fulfill your purpose when your nervous system is overwhelmed, depleted, and unsupported. You cannot shine your light when you are constantly burning the candle at both ends. And you certainly cannot make the impact you want to make if your nervous system treats growth or healing like a mortal threat.
This is exactly why I created the 90-Day Nervous System Reset: So you can reclaim your magic and make the impact you are here to make.
Witnessing my clients transform the way their nervous systems relate to the world so they can show up as their full, authentic selves is the most beautiful thing to behold, and I want that for you, too, Reader.
If you feel like you take one step forward and two steps back, or are spinning your wheels struggling to gain traction and you know you are meant for something more, I want you to ask yourself:
Who are you when you are resourced and supported instead of depleted and overwhelmed?
What would your life be like if you woke up feeling refreshed, and had the energy and presence to think clearly without being weighed down by pain, brain fog, and fatigue?
How would it change your leadership if you possessed the absolute clarity and unshakeable confidence to speak your truth, set fierce boundaries, and say "no" without a single ounce of guilt?
What if your purpose could be fulfilled from a place of overflow, leaving you with abundant energy at the end of the day to spend on your own joy, your family, and your life?
Making a bigger impact doesn't have to mean doing more, pushing harder, or sacrificing your soul. It can mean building the internal capacity and nervous system resilience to amplify your magic. It can mean teaching your body that it is safe enough to thrive.
Want to know what that could look like for you? Schedule a free consultation to figure out what is keeping you stuck and create a personalized plan to get your groove back.
This program isn't about giving you another checklist or a temporary band-aid. Over 90 days, we work intimately to reset your nervous system, clear the stuck survival responses that keep you running on empty, and expand your capacity to find safety in peace, abundance, and rest so you can live your life out loud without being pulled back into the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
In love and solidarity,
